Sarah Wilkey - One of St. Paul's most trusted Real Estate Professionals!
When you meet Sarah Wilkey you may assume she’s another native Minnesotan; perhaps Scandinavian … a Derham Dolly … Princess Kay of the Milky Way, 1986? Turns out she’s originally from Ireland and recently gave up the lush life in La Jolla, CA for the charmed life in St. Paul, MN. Love or money? Love! Sarah now calls Highland Park home with her Minnesotan husband Johnny and their spoiled dog, Harry.
It may seem unusual for a 2002 transplant to be voted Super Realtor in Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine and to have achieved the highest, Chairman’s Circle, ranking within Edina Realty in just four years. But when you meet Sarah, you’ll know immediately that all these honors make perfect sense. She earned them. Sarah chalks it up to a gregarious personality, Irish work ethic and a great internal/external network of colleagues and clients. Not to mention a long history of buying and selling homes for personal and investment purposes. Sarah likes to say she learned the triumphs and pitfalls of home ownership on her own time and dime!
Sarah’s unique history in home ownership and remodeling has given her a keen eye for identifying a home’s strengths and weaknesses, which helps her buying clients envision how a few cosmetic updates can reveal the diamond in the rough!
It’s that same keen eye that has become invaluable to her clients as they decide to sell their home. Sarah is a strong supporter of “Home Staging” and provides it as a service to all her clients at no additional fee. When you list with Sarah, her team will sweep in and help you present your home in the best possible light, with the goal of outshining the competition. You just sit back and let “Team Wilkey” do the work for you!
Real estate is full of clichés like “Location, location, location”! Well, that one definitely still holds true, but there’s another one your Mother probably told you time and time again: “You only get one chance to make a good first impression.” And that is why Sarah stages.
